Descripción del puesto
- Delivery planning and order managment to maximize an efficient product flow according seasonal order confirmation.
- Work closely with customers, sales & credit Reps. to resolve order or product flow issues such as bulks without purchase orders, credit holds, shipping holds, product shortages, and delivery delays.
- Build effective relationship with customers in order to meet their service expectations by managing timing and resources to secure accurate information, as well as, delivery on time. Monitor assigned account's service performance indicators (e.g. service index, fill rate, cancellation rate, delivery on time, etc.)
- Assist Sales Reps with Order Entry activities for prop and close out orders and assist them with fielding incoming calls, inquiring about product availability and order status information.
- Coordinate efforts to accelerate purchase order processing up to the product delivery in store or centralized distribution center
- Excellent Excel Knowledge ( Mandatory)
- Fluent English
