Lead the implementation of LAM E2E GTM process / templates within the country to support the growth of brand adidas & Reebok by providing infrastructure, mindset and capabilities to implement LAM E2E GTM processes /templates within the country to ensure optimized marketing planning & process mgmt. Build market specific processes/templates to allow Product, Brand and Sports Marketing teams to focus on their tasks in a consistent and efficient way.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leads the implementation of E2E GTM Process within the country
- Creates Local E2E Calendar and efficient processes, following LAM GTM Calendars
- Ensures awareness and adherence of marketing teams towards milestones, deliverables and handover dates across all LAM & Country Calendars. Guarantee compliance
- Supports the Range Planning process, from Country input to hand over to sales, ensuring all efficiency KPI's and timelines are achieved
- Drives operational alignment of all adidas marketing functions, ensuring the strategic alignment among both brands
- Supports local meeting preparations, from kick-offs to pre-sales with both internal customers and external vendors
- Leads sample coordination process (prior, during and after sell-in), organizing sample arrival tracking and ensuring efficient inventory tracking
- Drives flawless showroom set up process following LAM guidance
- Manage the on-time delivery of all seasonal marketing sell-in materials. (i.e Ecatalogue)
- Supports BU's in Pricing and margin analysis process
- Ensures article master data accuracy and consistency between systems: RMA/SAP
- Leads Marketing Operations Team: Article Master Data and Go To Market Process Management
- Supports the brand director on implementation of Regional change projects and management of local change projects
- Specialist in business or technical skills with detailed knowledge in some areas of work or systems.
- Broad & deep knowledge in own functional area, combining theoretical and practical knowledge

- As manager of Experts 0 - 2 years management experience required
- As manager of Admin / Tech Support minimum of 3 years management experience required
