The objective of the position is to lead the end-to-end brand strategy for Baron B and our Champagnes portfolio, ensuring their positioning as a luxury benchmark in the sparkling wine and champagne categories. The role is responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of marketing and communication plans that strengthen the brands and drive growth.
- Define and implement the annual brand plan aligned with the purpose, values, and DNA of Baron B and our Champagnes portfolio.
- Lead integrated campaigns, coordinating creative development with agencies.
- Design unique brand-aligned experiences, leading key events such as Baron B Prix Cuisine and Baron B Prix Solidarité.
- Collaborate with oenology, trade, and sales teams to maximize market execution.
- Analyze market and sales information and generate reports.
- Manage the assigned budget.
Perfil
Education: Degree in Marketing, Administration, Communication or related fields.
Experience: 3 to 5 years in similar roles.
Technical Knowledge:
Knowledge of the luxury industry.
Advanced Microsoft Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Canva.
Languages: Spanish & English fluent, French is a plus.
Other competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and creativity.
Based on Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Experience: 3 to 5 years in similar roles.
